Allen Yans, President
Mr. Yans has extensive experience managing administrative functions and computer operating systems for multi-billion dollar financial institutions. He has thirty years experience in the Management Information and Telecommunications businesses. He has worked for high tech start-up companies, performing planning and capital acquisition functions as well as those of administration and information services. Mr. Yans has an MBA and has been an instructor for Masters Degree courses at the University of Phoenix Mr. Yans has responsibility for all of the administrative functions of the company including Investor relations, Human Resources and Finance. As the company has an "out-sourcing" philosophy, wherever possible, Mr. Yans will be responsible for vendor selection and management. He will also assist in client acquisition and management for ALL domestic Nevada customers including municipalities and casinos.
