Mr. Brickman has extensive legal experience and is the principal of the Law Offices of Neal Brickman, New York, New York> The firm engages in general commercial litigation, specializing in construction, employment, and surety matters. The firm has extensive trial and appellate experience in State and Federal courts and a variety of arbitration tribunals. Mr. Brickman is responsible for every aspect of the operation of a nationwide law pratice.
Mr. Brickman graduated from Washington and Lee School of Law J.D. with the following honors: Cum Laude; Burks Scholar (Teaching Fellow); Capital National Moot Court Team.
Mr. Brickman is admitted to New York State Bar, United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Admitted pro hae vice to Clark County Nevada Bar, Superior Court Judicial District of Ansonia/Milford Connecticut, United States District Courts for the Districts of Nevada, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia; Member A.B.A. and New York County Bar Association.
